Thank you for choosing Lab Freezer Co. We are committed to ensuring your laboratory refrigeration equipment arrives safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Because our products are large and sensitive to handling, special care is taken in packaging and freight logistics.
1. Processing & Lead Times

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Build-to-Order Units: Custom or made-to-order models may require 2–4 weeks for production before shipping.

Backorders: If an item is temporarily out of stock, our team will contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm the next available ship date.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods
Most Lab Freezer Co. products ship via LTL freight due to their size and weight. Smaller accessories or replacement parts may ship via UPS Ground or FedEx.
Freight deliveries include:

Curbside delivery only (standard)

Liftgate service available upon request (additional fee may apply)

Inside or white-glove delivery available in select areas (quote required)
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on product dimensions, weight, destination, and delivery requirements.
You’ll see your estimated freight cost at checkout or in your formal quote.
Note:

Free shipping promotions (if offered) apply to standard curbside delivery within the contiguous United States only.

Additional fees may apply for residential, remote, or limited-access locations.
4. Freight Delivery Guidelines
Before delivery:

Ensure your facility has a loading dock, forklift, or liftgate access.

Confirm someone is available to inspect and sign for the shipment.
Upon delivery:

Inspect all boxes and crates before signing the delivery receipt.

If damage is visible, note it on the bill of lading and take clear photos.

Contact support@labfreezerco.com within 48 hours to report shipping damage.
Failure to report visible damage upon delivery may void your freight claim.
5. Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States (contiguous 48 states).
For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations, please contact sales@labfreezerco.com for a custom freight quote.
6. Delivery Times
Typical transit times:

Midwest: 3–5 business days

West Coast: 5–7 business days
Transit times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or manufacturing lead times.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and carrier details via email.
Freight orders can be tracked directly through the carrier’s website or by contacting our logistics team for updates.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears delayed, lost, or misrouted, please contact support@labfreezerco.com.
We’ll coordinate with the freight carrier to investigate and expedite resolution.
9. International Shipping
For international buyers, Lab Freezer Co. can arrange export shipping upon request. Customers are responsible for:
